New Albany, Pennsylvania

Rev. John and Janie Wallace are from a long family line of farming dating back to colonial times in Pennsylvania and Ontario, Canada. After nearly twenty years off the farm they are back on the land establishing their new home and family farm in Overton - New Albany, Pennsylvania. John and Janie are committed to sustainable farming methods and strive to operate their farm in an environmentally sound manner. Our goal is to be good stewards of the Lord's earth, to naturally produce healthy animals and crops, and to promote a healthy lifestyle. A portion of our bounty is donated to the needy. Our cattle and other farm animals are humanely treated and well cared for. Our cattle have individual names and are not just a number. They are free to roam their pastures, drink from protected natural springs, and thrive in a natural and calm environment. Our cattle are not penned up, not force fattened on high grain concentrates in feedlots, and our cattle are drug free with no antibiotics and no hormone implants. Our select beef herd consists of hearty purebred registered polled Wallace Herefords and Hereford cross cattle that produce the highest quality of delicious meat. We also raise pastured pork and free range poultry. Our pasture pork is a available February through November. Our free range roaster chickens are available in August and free range Turkeys are available in mid-November, and our free range eggs are available daily. Customers may order one of our whole, half or quarter portions of our naturally raised beef and pork that will be custom cut and processed at our dedicated USDA Certified Beef processing plant. We encourage folks to order early.
