Pancake Tree Farm is owned by the Berg family since 1993, Richard and Judy with children Richie and Amy. The 132-acre farm is home to Pancake Maples which is a new venture into the maple syrup business. Besides having many species of mature hardwoods and pines, Pancake Tree Farm is transforming into a food forest. A paw paw orchard as well as chestnut, hazelnut, northern pecan, and persimmon trees are starting to grow. We hope to pass the tradition of sustainability and natural growing methods on to our children who have shown an interest as well as curiosity in our "forest farm".
