FALL 2010 - We start an indoor market featuring online pre-ordering through plattsburgh.locallygrown.net. Our first order pickup and open market is November 18th, at the City of Plattsburgh Recreation Center on the US Oval. Rehoboth Homestead markets its vegetables through a summer Farm Fresh Food Club CSA (members come to the farm and choose from a variety of produce) and through an off-season online ordering system: plattsburgh.locallygrown.net. We are a member of the Ausable Valley Grange Farmers Markets, selling at the Lake Placid and Saranac Lake Village Farmers Markets. We raise our vegetables to organic standards, so they are Certified Naturally Grown. Our poultry, though day-range, still rely on non-organic feeds so are not Certified Naturally Grown. We look forward to being able to get high quality organic grain for our livestock, in the amounts we need to keep it fresh, but that is not feasible yet.
