Perkins' Good Earth Farm

We, Dan and Julie Perkins, moved to DeMotte, Indiana, in February 2009 from Upland, Indiana, where we were working at Victory Acres, a CSA farm. We chose DeMotte because we wanted to be closer to family (Julie grew up here) and because we felt that people here wanted access to fresh, local, sustainably grown vegetables. Dan has over eight years of experience growing organic hardneck garlic,vegetables and CSA management in Iowa, Maine, Massachusetts, and Indiana. Julie Perkins is an English teacher-turned-farmer who has greenhouse and vegetable-growing experience in Iowa and Indiana.
