Natural Earth Farms is a Certified Naturally Grown 10-acre produce farm located in Calverton, NY. It is owned and operated by Marie and Anthony Panarello. Anthony has been into farming for more than 15years when he and Marie decided to start their own produce farm in 2008. The farm started its business selling wholesale to local farm stands and restaurants in Eastern Suffolk. In 2010, Natural Earth Farms was certified for growing naturally. Certified Naturally Grown (CNG) is an alternative certification program tailored for direct market farmers like us, Natural Earth Farms, who use natural methods. CNG is a non-profit organization not affiliated with the US Department of Agriculture or its agencies that offers an alternative to the Certified Organic Label. However, CNG program is based on the same streamlined and legal organic process that’s being followed by the USDA Certified Organic. Also in 2010, Natural Earth Farms become active in various Farmers Market in Long Island, NY. We now sell both retail and wholesale. We do not have a stand at the farm location yet but you may come visit us to pick your own fresh produce. We are open on SUNDAYS for "pick your own". Just call beforehand to make sure that we are there to assist you. We also have a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program that is very affordable and you will get the same quality of naturally fresh grown produce. As we are hands on in the farm, we can assure you that the produce you get is the best quality, healthy, delicious and fresh that is not only good for you and your family but also for the environment.
