From the time Harold made syrup with his dad from maples in his front yard, both his sugar-maker's skill and his respect for the maples he manages & taps has grown. All his care and his craft are evident in the fabulous flavor of his 100% pure maple syrup. Each batch has the fullest maple flavor, cooked as our ancestors did with a wood fire. We don't use pesticides, herbicides, chemical or artificial additives. You can taste the excellence!
