Sugarbush Hollow's 3100 sugar maple trees produce over 1000 gallons of pure maple syrup every year. We are proud to offer a selection of colors and flavors including Grade A Light, Medium and Dark and Grade B extra dark amber for cooking. Our distinctive "Finger Lakes" flavors can be sampled at Maple Weekend, the last two weekends in March, and at local farmers markets during the summer months. We also produce a variety of maple products including granulated maple sugar, maple cream, and maple candy. Our self serve at the sugarhouse is open 24/7. Enjoy our Sugarbush Nature Trail and/or attend our Springwater Fiddlers Fair, September 17, 2011. Owner, Chuck Winship, is a retired Xerox Manager. After retirement, at age 55, he attended Cornell University and received a Masters in Natural Resources specializing in the business of maple syrup. Originally from Fairport, Chuck found a good sugarbush in Springwater and built the sugarhouse in 2003.
