Please briefly tell us why you are applying to be part of the Certified Naturally Grown program: We (Camp Hill Organic Farm) have been cerified organic since 1998 with Living Earth Organic Growers Assocaition. LEOGA is and certifing body, accredited by COABC. The new Canadain National Organic Program is becoming something that is getting controled by the large agro industry in Canada, and doesn't serve the smaller BC farmers in a suitable manner and the costs are continuously increasing. We sell directly to the consumer and do not export out of Canada
Are you currently third party Certified for your produce operation by any other organization (Organic, Biodynamic, etc)? yes
If yes, please note which certification and agency: Living Earth Organic Growers Association (LEOGA) accredited by Certified Organic Assocaitions of B.C.(COABC)
Have you ever been certified in the past? yes
If yes, please note which agencies and dates: Living Earth Organic Growers Association (LEOGA) Accredited by COABC since 1998 through each year to present 2010

How did you hear about Certified Naturally Grown? Sarah Martin of Maraposa Organic Farm in Cawston BC is a member of LEOGA and CNG. The entire LEOGA membership has been discussing dual membership with CNG. I'm the administrator of LEOGA and think CNG dual membership may fit well with LEOGA

Agreements

Please indicate your agreement with the following statements by checking the boxes.
I will not label, or in any way lead consumers to believe that produce not raised in accord with CNG standards is Certified Naturally GrownTM.
I understand that I have to complete at least one (and hopefully more) Certification Inspection(s) of another farm in my area each year, and that the inspection will NOT be of the same farmer that inspected me.
I have reviewed the Certified Naturally Grown certification standards, I understand them, and I will abide by them. I understand that if I have any questions I may contact CNG for clarification.
You may use this space to tell us anything else you think we should know about your farm: We bought this land 31 years ago. It was never an conventional farm, just natural grassland before we bought it.
