Applicant Details
| Please briefly tell us why you are applying to be part of the Certified Naturally Grown program: | I grow more than 130 varieties of heirloom tomato plants, as well as 35+ heirloom peppers and other heirloom vegetable plants. All of my growing methods are done naturally--organic soil, non-GMO seed, OMRI certified DOT pots, no synthetic fertilizer. I think it's important to show the customer that not only can you grow beautiful, healthy plants without harming the environment--but it's also my mission to help preserve varieties that could become extinct due to hybridization. I want to help share the message with home gardeners that pests can be controlled naturally, plants can thrive--naturally, and starter plants can be grown in biodegradable containers that don't clutter landfills. |

Agreements
| Please indicate your agreement with the following statements by checking the boxes. | |
| I will not label, or in any way lead consumers to believe that produce not raised in accord with CNG standards is Certified Naturally GrownTM. | |
| I understand that I have to complete at least one (and hopefully more) Certification Inspection(s) of another farm in my area each year, and that the inspection will NOT be of the same farmer that inspected me. | |
| I have reviewed the Certified Naturally Grown certification standards, I understand them, and I will abide by them. I understand that if I have any questions I may contact CNG for clarification. | |
| You may use this space to tell us anything else you think we should know about your farm: | I'm a small grower of heirloom, naturally grown vegetable plants. I'm currently growing approximately 5000 plants. I only sell the plants, not the vegetables. However, we also use CNG methods in our home gardening. |
