Hello, We currently have two 13' by 40' heirloom tomato greenhouses up and in operation. This next month 2 more will be completed with God's leading.We hope to have our 24' by 40' seedling greenhouse completed by November. Bob saw the low tunnel operations in S. Korea when he was there in the 70's. We are glad it has crossed our paths again. We are continually experimenting with growing techniqes and believe we can grow year around in various ways. We have been reading alot of Eliot Coleman & John Jeavons. We have learned so much from a farmer & teacher by the name of Craig Schaaf. Craig teaches how God created what we can see and eat but also how we can get the soil microbiology to grow wonderous vitamin & mineral enriched veggies. We love seeing milk flow from the cut ends of salad blends. God truely intended for our body to heal itself if given the proper foods. It's great to actually become addicted to salad and other veggies. Your body actually craves good foods.The heirloom varieties have unbeleivable flavors unlike any supermarket. We also want to become a teaching farm for our local schools and churches. Our children need to know where their food comes from and how it is grown and raised. We would love to have you as a guest.
