Welcome to Ellijay Mushrooms – the unique mushroom farm located in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains in Ellijay, Georgia. Our farm harvests the highest quality Shiitake and Oyster mushrooms, grown with care to ensure that we produce the Rolls-Royce of mushrooms. With 4,000-5,000lbs of mushrooms produced per week and plenty of room to grow, we’re committed to providing our customers with the freshest and best-tasting mushrooms.
Our mushrooms come packed in 3-pound and 5-pound boxes, as well as our 3.5oz and 16 oz till boxes made from 100% recyclable cardboard. Our mission is to produce the healthiest, best-tasting, and highest quality Shiitake and Oyster mushrooms possible. We’re proud to be certified by several organizations, including CCOF Organic, Georgia Grown, Primus 3.2 Certified (GAP), Certified Naturally Grown (CNG), and Appalachian Grown certified.
