Carrots, beets, radishes, turnips, we all love growing (and selling) root crops. And don’t forget about celeriac, parsnips, rutabaga, parsley root, and so many more! Growing root crops can be tricky, especially nailing summer germination, preventing pests, developing efficient post harvest systems and optimizing storage.
