Stephanie Matlock

Stephanie is a 4th generation Coloradoan who comes from a long line of farmers, ranchers and teachers. She was a college professor who taught biology for 29 years at Colorado Mesa University. She helped her parents on their farm for many years and when she retired bought their farm. Stephanie has continued to grow garlic and other produce at Cobblestone Farm, and has maintained the farm’s Certified Naturally Grown status that was initiated years ago by her parents. She sells at farmers markets and to anyone who wants amazing food!  She serves on the local irrigation ditch board, the local Audubon board, and the Valley Organic Growers Association (VOGA) board. She is excited to be on the board of CNG!
