Certified Organic - Grasfed - All Natural Our meat is dry aged, USDA inspected and is sold by the pound. Steaks are 1" thick or more and roasts are 4 - 5 pounds each. Ground beef is packaged in 1 and 2 pound packs. We are dedicated to providing the best quality organic grown meats possible. We take pride in knowing that our cattle are raised all natural and they are chemical, hormone and antibiotic free. I wanted the best beef possible for my family and I know we are eating the best quality organic raised meat we can raise. Our top quality Black Angus / Hereford cross beef cattle are fed all naturally, with mixed hay and assorted grasses grown on our Certified Organic fields and pastures. Our cattle are in a stress free environment and are kept out in the fresh air and have free range from grass pasture to woodlands. Our farm is located within 1 mile of the Lake Ontario shore, in the Orleans County town of Carlton, New York and has been family owned and operated since 1983.
